Once again one of Batman’s most intelligent villains is reduced to a ravening juggernaut of destruction, as Bane makes [[link]] a smashing appearance in Batman: Arkham Asylum.
He looks good and all, but I’m a bit tired of video game developers and Joel Schumacher using Bane as a mindless powerhouse enemy. He is a powerful guy, but the main aspect of the character that makes him such a thorn in Batman’s side is the fact that he has the brains to go with the brawn. Hopefully there’s more to Bane in the game than this. You can’t just overdose [[link]] him with venom, give [[link]] him a pat on the head, and point him in Batman’s direction like some attack dog.
Well I suppose you can, but be warned – we comic fans are going to whine about it on the internet.
